Hunt for truffle

The Piemonte is famous for its white truffles. In the months of October and November, this exclusive ingredient can be found on the menu in many of the local restaurants.

From fresh tagliatelle to a simple fried egg – white truffle is the perfect accompaniment. At A Casa, we offer guests the opportunity to hunt their own truffles with our local hunter and prepare fresh pasta back at the guesthouse to enjoy their well deserved find.

Come along on an exciting truffle hunt with hunters and dogs in a stunningly autumn-coloured, vine-dotted landscape. During a break we indulge in Piemonte delicacies and wine. You may also buy some truffle to take home – or to enjoy while dining that same evening.
